All bonus funds credited to your b555 account carry a wagering requirement. b555 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to complete wagering requirements without genuine exposure, and exploiting promotional terms in ways that were clearly not intended. b555 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to close the relevant accounts permanently.

A bet is accepted and valid only when b555's system has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued. b555 reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after a relevant event has started where the in-play market was not live at the time of placement, and bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to technical or human error.
Where odds are published due to a manifest technical error — for example, odds of 100.00 on a strong favourite — b555 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to players. b555 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly and will communicate transparently with affected players.
If a sporting event is postponed before it starts, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after commencing, settlement depends on the amount of play completed and the specific rules for that sport. b555 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day to manage risk exposure. These limits are communicated transparently within the bet slip before you confirm any wager. If a winning bet exceeds the applicable limit, the payout is capped at the stated maximum and the excess is not paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b555 platform. Engaging in any of the activities below constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable.
Reporting bugs: If you discover a software error that could potentially be exploited, please report it to support@b555.cash immediately. b555 appreciates responsible disclosure and may recognise players who report genuine security issues.
You may close your b555 account at any time by contacting support@b555.cash. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided you have completed identity verification. Pending bets will be settled normally before the final balance is returned.
b555 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; or where b555 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the account poses a risk to the integrity or financial stability of the platform.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, b555 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance as compensation for losses incurred through the breach. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining balance is returned.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the b555 platform for responsible gaming reasons can request self-exclusion at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, b555 will not accept deposits, will block access to the platform, and will not send promotional communications.

You accept that b555 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the platform, including losses resulting from bets that do not win, deposits that are spent, or bonus funds that expire. In all cases where b555 is found to be liable for a loss, the maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, up to a maximum of Rs 100,000, unless a greater amount is required by applicable law.
