b555 Privacy Policy —
How We Protect Your Personal Data

Your privacy is not a formality at b555 — it's a genuine commitment. This policy explains in plain language exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can control it at any time.

Last updated: January 2025

Our Six Privacy Commitments to You

Before you read the full policy, here's what b555 commits to on data privacy — in plain terms every Pakistani player can understand.

We Never Sell Your Data
b555 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your data is used only to operate your b555 account and improve the service you receive.
Minimum Necessary Data Only
b555 collects only the data that is genuinely needed to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations. We don't collect data just because we can.
Bank-Level Encryption
All data transmitted to and from b555 is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Stored data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Your payment details and personal information are never stored in plain text on our servers.
You Control Your Data
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at b555 at any time. These rights can be exercised by contacting our support team — no complicated forms, no lengthy wait times.
Marketing You Can Opt Out Of
Promotional emails and SMS from b555 always include a clear unsubscribe option. You can also manage all marketing preferences directly from your account settings at any time.
Plain Language, Always
This privacy policy is written to be understood, not to confuse. If any part of it is unclear to you, contact b555 support and we'll explain it in simpler terms. You deserve to know exactly how your data is handled.
b555

b555 protects the privacy of every player across Pakistan — from Gwadar to Gilgit.

Section 1

Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to b555, the online betting and gaming platform available at b555.cash and any associated mobile applications. When this policy refers to "b555", "we", "us", or "our", it means the operator of the b555 platform.

b555 is the data controller for all personal data collected from players who register and use the b555 platform. As data controller, b555 determines the purposes for which your personal data is collected and the ways in which it is processed. This policy explains those purposes and methods in full.

By registering a b555 account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about how b555 handles your personal data, please contact us at support@b555.cash before registering.

Data controller contact: For all data protection queries, requests, or complaints, contact b555 at support@b555.cash. We respond to all data-related requests within 30 days of receipt, and typically much faster.

Section 2

Data We Collect About You

b555 collects personal data in several ways — data you provide directly when registering or using our services, data generated automatically by your use of the platform, and in limited cases, data obtained from third parties for verification purposes.

Category Examples How Collected
Identity Data Full name, date of birth, CNIC number, passport number, photograph Provided by you during registration and verification
Contact Data Mobile number, email address, city/province of residence Provided by you during registration
Financial Data Payment method details (Easypaisa/JazzCash mobile number, bank account number, card last four digits), transaction history, deposit and withdrawal amounts Provided by you when making payments; generated automatically by platform use
Betting & Gaming Data Bets placed, games played, stakes, winnings, session durations, sport and market preferences Generated automatically by platform use
Technical Data IP address, device type and model, browser type and version, operating system, unique device identifiers, geolocation (city level) Collected automatically when you access b555
Communication Data Records of support conversations, emails sent to b555, live chat transcripts Generated when you contact b555 support
Responsible Gaming Data Deposit limits you have set, loss limits, self-exclusion requests, cooling-off periods, responses to responsible gaming assessments Provided by you through account settings; generated by platform monitoring

b555 does not collect or store full payment card numbers. Card payments at b555 are processed by PCI-DSS certified payment processors who handle sensitive card data directly. b555 receives only a tokenised reference and the last four digits of any card used.

Section 3

Why We Collect and Use Your Data

Account Management

b555 uses your identity and contact data to create and manage your player account, to authenticate you when you log in, to communicate with you about your account, and to process deposits and withdrawals. Without this data, we cannot operate your account.

Identity Verification and AML Compliance

b555 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. This means collecting and verifying identity documents — typically your CNIC or passport — before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is not optional and is a legal requirement that applies to all regulated betting operators.

Payment Processing

Financial data is used exclusively to process your deposits and withdrawals via your chosen payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or card. b555 retains transaction records for the period required by applicable financial regulations.

Service Improvement and Personalisation

Betting and gaming data, together with technical data, helps b555 understand how players use the platform so we can improve it. This includes identifying popular sports and markets, optimising page loading times, and personalising the odds and promotions displayed to you based on your genuine preferences. b555 does not use automated profiling to make decisions about your account without human oversight.

Responsible Gaming Monitoring

b555 monitors betting patterns and session data to identify players who may be showing signs of problem gambling — for example, significantly increased deposit frequency, extended session times, or repeated unsuccessful self-exclusion attempts. Where such signs are identified, b555 may contact the player proactively to offer responsible gaming support. This is done out of genuine care for our players, not to restrict their activity unnecessarily.

Fraud Prevention and Security

Technical data including IP addresses, device identifiers, and login patterns is used to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, account takeovers, and other security threats. This processing is essential to protecting b555 players from harm.

b555

b555 serves players across Pakistan — your privacy is protected regardless of where you play.

Section 4

Legal Basis for Processing

b555 processes your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases, depending on the specific processing activity:

  • Contract performance: Processing your identity, contact, and financial data to operate your b555 account and fulfil our obligations to you as a player — including processing deposits, settling bets, and paying winnings.
  • Legal obligation: Processing your identity data for KYC/AML compliance, retaining transaction records for the period required by financial law, and complying with any lawful requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing technical and usage data for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement — where these interests are balanced against and do not override your privacy rights.
  • Consent: Sending you marketing communications by email or SMS — where you have opted in to receive such communications. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

What this means in practice: b555 never processes your data without a clear legal justification. If you want to know the specific legal basis for any particular processing activity, contact support@b555.cash and we will explain it clearly.

Section 5

Who We Share Your Data With

b555 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share data only in the following specific circumstances and only with the categories of recipient described below.

Payment Processors

When you make a deposit or withdrawal at b555, your payment details are shared with the relevant payment processor — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank (for IBFT transfers), or our card processing partner. These processors receive only the data necessary to execute the transaction and are contractually bound to process it solely for that purpose.

Identity Verification Providers

b555 uses certified third-party identity verification services to check the authenticity of CNIC and passport documents submitted during KYC. These providers receive only the document image and basic identity details required for verification and are bound by strict data processing agreements.

Technology and Infrastructure Providers

b555 uses reputable third-party cloud infrastructure, database, and security providers to operate the platform. These providers act as data processors under b555's instruction and do not use your data for their own purposes. All such providers are carefully selected and contractually required to maintain appropriate data security standards.

Regulatory Authorities and Law Enforcement

b555 may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory bodies, government authorities, or law enforcement agencies where required by applicable law. b555 will always seek to ensure such disclosures are lawful and proportionate, and will notify affected players where permitted to do so.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of b555 or its assets, player data may form part of the transferred assets. In such circumstances, b555 will ensure that the acquiring entity is bound by privacy obligations at least equivalent to those in this policy, and will notify affected players in advance where required.

Section 6

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

b555 uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and applications. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow b555 to recognise your device, maintain your login session, and understand how you use the platform.

Cookie Type Purpose Can Be Disabled?
Essential Maintain your login session, remember your preferences, process transactions securely, prevent CSRF attacks No — these are required for the platform to function
Analytics Understand how players navigate b555, identify pages with usability issues, measure feature adoption Yes — via cookie preferences in your account settings
Marketing Track whether you arrived at b555 via a specific campaign or affiliate link, to measure marketing effectiveness Yes — via cookie preferences in your account settings

You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings as well as through your b555 account preferences. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of parts of the b555 platform. Essential cookies cannot be disabled because the platform cannot function without them.

b555 does not use third-party advertising networks to place tracking cookies for the purpose of serving targeted advertising across external websites. Any tracking used by b555 is limited to understanding how you use the b555 platform itself.

b555

b555 players across Pakistan can trust that their data is handled with care and transparency.

Section 7

How Long We Keep Your Data

b555 retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any legal retention obligations that require us to keep certain data for longer.

  • Active account data: Retained for the duration of your b555 account and for a period following account closure — typically five years — to comply with AML, KYC, and financial record-keeping obligations.
  • Transaction records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of six years from the date of the transaction, in line with financial regulatory requirements applicable to betting operators.
  • Identity documents: Copies of CNIC, passport, and other verification documents are retained for the period required by applicable AML regulations — typically five years from account closure or the date of the last transaction.
  • Betting history: Your complete betting history is retained while your account is active. Following account closure, aggregated and anonymised betting data may be retained for analytical purposes indefinitely, but individual identifying betting records are deleted after five years.
  • Support communications: Records of support conversations are retained for two years from the date of the last message in each conversation thread.
  • Self-exclusion records: Records of self-exclusion requests are retained for the duration of the exclusion and for seven years following its end, to prevent re-registration within prohibited periods.

When data is no longer required, b555 deletes or irreversibly anonymises it using secure methods. Data that has been anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you does not fall within the scope of this privacy policy.

Section 8

How We Protect Your Data

b555 takes data security seriously and has implemented a range of technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Technical Measures

  • All data transmitted between your device and b555 servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with strong cipher suites.
  • All personal data stored in b555 databases is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • Payment card data is never stored on b555 servers — card processing is handled entirely by PCI-DSS certified processors.
  • Access to player data within b555's systems is controlled by role-based permissions. Only employees who genuinely need access to specific data categories for their job function are granted it.
  • b555 systems are monitored around the clock for anomalous activity, intrusion attempts, and other security events.

Organisational Measures

  • All b555 employees who handle personal data receive regular data protection training.
  • Third-party providers who access player data on b555's behalf are contractually bound by data processing agreements that impose security requirements at least as stringent as those applied internally at b555.
  • b555 conducts periodic security reviews and penetration testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.

Data breach notification: In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, b555 will notify you without undue delay and will take immediate steps to contain the breach, assess its scope, and prevent recurrence. We will not wait for regulatory deadlines to inform you — you will be among the first to know.

Section 9

Your Privacy Rights

As a b555 player, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. You can exercise any of these rights at any time by contacting support@b555.cash. b555 will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request, and in most cases much sooner.

Right of Access
Request a copy of all personal data b555 holds about you. We'll provide it in a clear, machine-readable format.
Right to Rectification
Request correction of inaccurate personal data. Where data is incomplete, you can ask b555 to complete it.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data where b555 no longer has a legal basis to retain it. Note that some data must be kept by law even after account closure.
Right to Restrict Processing
Request that b555 limits how it uses your data while a complaint or accuracy dispute is being resolved.
Right to Data Portability
Request a copy of data you provided to b555 in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another service.
Right to Object
Object to b555 processing your data for legitimate interest purposes, including direct marketing. Your objection to marketing is always absolute and will be acted upon immediately.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@b555.cash with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and describe clearly which right you wish to exercise and what data it relates to. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. b555 will not charge a fee for reasonable data rights requests.

Section 10

Children's Privacy

b555 is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age. If we discover that a player account has been created by or on behalf of a minor, we will immediately close the account, return any deposits via the depositing payment method, and delete the personal data collected in connection with that account.

If you believe a minor has created a b555 account, please contact us immediately at support@b555.cash. We treat such reports as high priority and will investigate and act on them without delay.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors under their care do not access b555 or any other betting platform. b555 recommends the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites for households where minors are present. Information on available tools is provided on our Responsible Gaming page.

Section 11

Marketing Communications

b555 may send you promotional emails and SMS messages about new features, bonuses, special offers, and upcoming sporting events — but only where you have opted in to receive such communications, or where you are an existing player and the communication relates directly to services similar to those you already use at b555.

Opting Out

You can opt out of b555 marketing communications at any time by any of the following methods:

  • Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any b555 marketing email.
  • Replying "STOP" to any b555 marketing SMS.
  • Updating your communication preferences in your b555 account settings under "Notifications".
  • Emailing support@b555.cash with the subject "Unsubscribe from marketing".

After opting out, b555 will stop sending marketing communications within 48 hours. Note that opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications — b555 will still send you account-related messages such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and account security alerts, because these are necessary for the operation of your account.

Responsible gaming communications are different: Messages from b555 relating to responsible gaming — such as deposit limit reminders, session duration alerts, and responsible gaming check-ins — are not marketing and cannot be opted out of. They exist for your protection and wellbeing.

Section 12

Changes to This Privacy Policy

b555 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we process data, changes in applicable law, or improvements in how we explain our practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when the most recent changes were made.

When we make material changes to this policy, b555 will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account, and will display a prominent notice on the b555 platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect. This gives you the opportunity to review the changes and, if you do not accept them, to close your account before they apply.

For minor or clarificatory changes that do not affect your rights in any meaningful way, b555 may update the policy without advance notice, though the updated version will always be available at b555.cash/privacy-policy.

Your continued use of b555 after a policy change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you have any questions about a specific change, please contact support@b555.cash.
